RETURNS POLICY
  • At The Nailhouse we always aim to give the best service possible and ensure we check all orders that we send out. However if you have a change of heart or just wish to switch your item, we will be happy to offer free return for exchange or refund through your original payment method.
HOW TO RETURN UNWANTED OR UNSUITABLE ITEMS:
  • With each order we send out we enclose a returns form, simply complete the form and post it back along with your item within 14 days (UK) and 20 days (International) of receipt of goods. Once we receive the goods back we will give a full refund including postage (when original postage has be paid) through your original payment method. Please note that returns can take up to 5 days to complete from receipt of goods. We will email you once we have received your item to keep you informed as to what's happening with your refund.

FAULTY ITEMS:
  • Please carefully check your items once you receive them. Should an item arrive faulty/ damaged please email us at info@thenailhouse.co.uk stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault. We will then send you a free returns postage bag. You have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order.For faulty items that have been worn/used or returns that do not fall under our Returns Policy, please email us at info@thenailhouse.co.uk for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of The Nailhouse.
SALE ITEMS 
  • I'm afraid we cannot except returns on any sale items.
RETURN POLICY:
  • All returned items will be thoroughly checked and must be unopened and in the original condition in which they were sold along with all packaging and accompanying marketing material. We do reserve the right to refuse any return of an item not in it's original condition. All items must be posted back Recorded Delivery. The Nailhouse holds no liability for missing items so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.
